6-step proven methodology for guaranteed waterproofing results
Cleaning the Surface
Surface must be free from dust, oil, grease and loose particles etc.
1Surface Repairing and Crack Filling
Repair the damaged surface and all the cracks with Japani Crack Filler with the help of a putty blade.
2Application of Japani Chemical
After filling cracks and preparing the surface, moisten it and apply Japani Chemical evenly. It penetrates pores, forms an elastomeric layer, and blocks water entry effectively.
3Application of Terromesh
Apply Terromesh on vertical walls. Add a second chemical coat for waterproofing, benefiting from its high tensile strength and alkali resistance.
4Application of Japani Water Proofing Compound
Japani Waterproofing Compound paste creates a hydrophobic barrier and insulates from heat/cold. After drying, apply horizontal Terromesh with another paste layer on top.
5Application of Building Guard
After complete drying of the surface, apply Building Guard with the help of a brush or roller and allow it to dry for 72 hours. It seals the surface and repels water.
